Delivery & Returns Policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment centers during standard business days (Monday–Friday).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location and local postal services.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • customs processing

  • public holidays

  • local postal delays

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping carriers

We work with trusted national and international logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may:

  • leave the parcel in your mailbox when possible

  • deliver it to a nearby pickup point

  • attempt a second delivery depending on the carrier’s policy.


Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website using this number.


Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact our customer support team.

Our team will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either:

  • a replacement shipment, or

  • a full refund.


Partial deliveries

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped from different warehouses.
This means your order may arrive in separate packages.

If you have only received part of your order, please wait a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.


Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 45 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused and unworn

  • be returned in its original condition and packaging

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue either:

  • a refund, or

  • a product exchange

depending on your request.


Return shipping costs

If the product is defective or incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

In such cases, our support team will provide instructions for returning the product to the appropriate return location.
