Return & Refund Policy
At Bricodil, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions described below.
Return period
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
If more than 45 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused and unworn

the item must be in the same condition as received

the item must be returned in its original packaging

proof of purchase or order number is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

digital or downloadable products

gift cards

Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:

damaged

incorrect (wrong product or size)

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
